Max at the park

We've been really enjoying this awesome spring weather to take Max to various parks in our neighbourhood. He absolutely loves being outside and especially going to the park. His favourite things are the swings and the slide.

It was in the mid-20s yesterday night (take that, Winnipeg!) so we had a great park visit after an early dinner at one of our favourite local restaurants, The Table. It was an awesome cap to a really great day. We spent the morning crazy busy doing the last minute cleaning and prepping for our first house showing but the rest of the day eating, relaxing, getting our first Dairy Queen of the season, playing a few games of Settlers of Catan (John and my mum were both crowned the Lords of Catan), and enjoying the sun. It was actually a nice treat to be forced out of the house for showings!

Max enjoys the sand between his toes for the first time since we hit the beach in Orlando last July. He was a bit wary at first and kept picking his feet up but he got used to it and enjoyed digging his toes into the sand.
